Accounts Assistant / Project Cost Control £22-£25K Bens.

This is a superb opportunity for an intelligent, well-spoken second jobber to command a varied, front line interesting role. The company deal in High End Interior Design and their client base are some of the most influential in London. They deal only with top end Projects.

As a result the highest level of professionalism and detail is demanded of all staff. It is essential that you are a very effective communicator, well spoken and able to talk with top end Designers and Project Managers.You must have a minimum of a 1 years accounts experience, perhaps doing sales or bought ledger. Perhaps you are working in a large company in a one-dimensional role and want the variety that a smaller but highly prestigious  growing concern can offer. Or you are a graduate with 6 months experience and want to build on that.  

The role is very front line; within the company working closely with Project Managers and Designers. You work very closely with the business operations and thus must be very efficient administratively. You will be involved in cost control from the beginning stages as to when orders are placed and there will be a lot of liaison with suppliers both in terms of payment and controlling and monitoring of costs. The company work on very large projects and all project costs have to be monitored and recharged to the client on a work in progress basis. 

This is an excellent role for someone who relishes  a front line role and who is administrate be very efficient. You are reporting to |The Finance Manager and will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of accounts including ultimately assisting with reporting and analysis. Stunning  offices, in a central location, working with a motivated team and world class Designers.
