The candidate will ideally come from a Property Management background and possess good organisational skills. Knowledge and experience of service charges would be preferred and must be an enthusiastic team player who enjoys working in a busy, open plan friendly office. The below is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
Main Duties
Demand and Collection of Rents and other charges
Bank reconciliations
Good telephone manner
Database administration
Good IT and administration skills essential
Good handwriting
Sharing all other office tasks
Experience:
Understanding and experience in Property Management essential
Commercial property experience
Sound understanding of leasing
Rents and service charges experience essential
Experience of QUBE or similar Property Management Software systems
