Accountant

Prestigious Property Company requires an experienced Accountant to join their busy team. You will will either be nearly or newly qualified. This role would suit someone looking for their first role out of Practice, as strong financial and statutory reporting skills are key.

Reporting to the FC and working within a team of 5 you will be responsible for;

Property Service Charge Accounting, including budgets

Invoicing of Rent & Service charges to tenants

Chasing tenants for payments of rents and service charges

Other adhoc tasks associated with property businesses including covering for other staff

Journal entries and account reconciliations

Management Accounts

Property Reporting

Year End Statutory accounts

Cash Flow Forecasting

Property and Sage experience will be beneficial. Good excel skills are important
