They have associate companies that includes Investment Portfolio Construction and Monitoring, Inheritance Tax Planning and Corporate Financial Planning which is a huge advantage to the current IFAs. They are looking for an existing IFA to come on board with some of your own clients but they will provide a healthy number of leads via a joint venture with a firm of Solicitors.
