Account Service Delivery Consultant

Basic salary up to £20,000 + realistic OTE of £30k

Harrison Sands have a fantastic opportunity based near Leeds for a Service Delivery Consultant to join a highly profitable and well respected organisation. Working with a group of selected accounts you will be tasked with ensuring that all client requirements are fulfilled and that you maximises the opportunity available within each account.

As a Service Delivery Consultant you will be required to utilise mediums including advertising, job board search, use of LinkedIn and other networking tools and qualification lists to source candidates, and have responsibility for developing and maintaining relationships with key industry personnel in relation to future client opportunities. Acting as a candidate pool authority, you will work in partnership with clients and advise on current industry trends, candidate availability and industry salary requirements as well as controlling your candidate's experience of the recruitment process, from initial screening to interview and offer negotiation.

The ideal applicant will have experience of working as a Resourcer or Delivery Consultant, ideally within an IT or professional services environment (finance, legal, marketing, HR, white collar engineering, office support) and be passionate about developing their career within a professional appointments environment. We will also consider applications from Recruitment Consultants with similar backgrounds looking to streamline their role to focus on delivery rather than sales.
