My client are looking to recruit a Mobile Phone Account Manager to proactively develop profitable relationships with existing customers. As a Mobile Phone Account Manager, you will be required to execute a proactive call cycle plan to ensure all customers receive contact throughout the month to promote and sell any number of specific products.

Along with exemplary relationship development skills, you will be able to produce quotations, handle complex queries and will be able to negotiate effectively keeping profit margins in line with team targets.

 Duties -

  • To manage existing customer mobile phone accounts
  • Carry out quarterly reviews of customers to check that they are within their inclusive bundles of minutes, text message and data
  • Promote additional services offered by Challenger at every available opportunity
  • Ensure that customers are connected to the correct tariff, with correct Value Added Services, as per Airtime Contract
  • Request Bill Analyser to be set up for all O2 customers
  • Keep Database in order and ensure that there are no call backs in excess of 3 months
  • Maintain revenue growth of customer base
  • Maintain that average customer contact term does not drop below 18 months in duration
  • Ability to achieve and exceed targets

Skills -

  • Be able to communicate at various levels both internally and externally.
  • Have strong oral communication skills, and the ability to write convincing telephone scripts.
  • Be data literate, the job involves interrogating, analysing and segmenting data.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Have a willingness to learn and actively participate in development of a growing company.

Working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

£20,000 Basic plus commission.
