role profile
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact so as to achieve agreed business aims including managing personal time and productivity.
- Achieve quarterly targets for introducing tendering opportunities into the business which are subsequently secured.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers using agreed and appropriate methods.
- Use customer contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information as required.
- Record, analyse, report and administer using company approved systems.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to ensure the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings as required to perform duties and aid business development.
- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
