role profile 

  1. Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact so as to achieve agreed business aims including managing personal time and productivity.
  2. Achieve quarterly targets for introducing tendering opportunities into the business which are subsequently secured.
  3. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers using agreed and appropriate methods.
  4. Use customer contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
  5. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  6. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information as required.
  7. Record, analyse, report and administer using company approved systems.
  8. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to ensure the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  9. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings as required to perform duties and aid business development.
  10. Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
