My client is a large recruitment specialist who operate across a variety of market sectors and they work with clients throughout the public and private industry.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Basingstoke office for an ACCOUNT MANAGER to take responsibility for a financial services client based in London.

The Account Manager will manage the clients recruitment for permanent and interim positions, and will travel to the clients site 1-2 times per fortnight to establish strong client relationships.

Strong service delivery, relationship building and recruitment process skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to attract and manage the best candidates in a competitive market place.

Account Management experience is essential for this role, ideally with a proven track record in managing accounts within a professional services / white collar client base.  This role recruits within financial services but will fill vacancies across the board including Financial, IT, HR and Technical roles.

Although this is an Account Management role the successful candidate will be highly motivated, ambitious and have a target driven approach to developing the account, and possibly winning new ones to increase the client portfolio.

This is a great opportunity that will offer a basic salary of £30k - £35k per annum, plus commission and benefits.
