Job title:                    Account Manager - Cloud Hosting
Location:                   Worcester Head Office - UK Client Base
Salary:                       £26-30k base - achievable OTE £45k

The Company:

Responsible For:

This person will focus solely on the Cloud solution. 

The main purpose of the role is to pro actively manage around 15 key accounts while also developing business with new suppliers and networking within the chain. 

You will be the first point of contact for all technical queries & liaising with other business departments to ensure solved

Dealing with concept building, order generation, order completion and after care

Required to evaluate service, implement improvements and monitor the processes

Identify new business opportunities within the supplier chain and sell the cloud solution

Co ordinate and deliver sales & product training to enable partners to successfully represent products when distributing onwards

This role will be 40% office based and 60% site based

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

You must be a consultative sales person with a minimum of 2years experience in a hosting sales role.

You must have an in depth understanding of Cloud solutions

You must have a technical level of understanding of hosting and the ability to confidently sell this

Ideally be educated to degree level in a relevant IT based subject

Strong project management and decision making skills

Excellent time management, customer care, team building & communication skills

Full driving license
