Account Manager - B2B Sales

Our client provides professional audio, video and broadcast equipment. From cable, connectors, microphones, mixers, media, multi-track, tannoy to talkback - if you're in broadcast, theatre, education or the AV industry, they're the people to go to. An opportunity has now arisen for an Account Manager to join their team.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing a first class service to all clients by supplying computer peripherals and accessories.
Highly proactive and motivated with the desire to exceed, you will increase sales through successful negotiations and customer relationship management. You will also liaise with internal and external customers effectively, converting sales leads, opportunities and quotations into profitable orders.
Your key duties will include:
- generating growth and revenue with existing customers
- qualifying inbound enquiries and identifying opportunities
- processing orders, quotations and proformas
- dealing with the trade counter and carriers
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- previous account management experience
- a proven track record gained within a B2B sales targeted environment
As an Account Manager, you must have excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner. An ability to prioritise and strong negotiation skills are also key.
Although not essential, an understanding of computer peripherals would be advantageous.
