Title: Account Manager or Account Director
Area: Scotland, Central Belt focus
Working week: 1 day in the Manchester Office, 4 days in the field
• Account Manager: Basic: £36,500 - £40,000 OTE: £60,000 uncapped
• Account Director: Basic: £45,000- £50,000 OTE: £81,000 uncapped

Role:
- Chance to work for the UK’s leading Online Commercial Property Information Services company
This is a field sales role where you will be selling subscription only services for the presence, data & marketing services on their websites.
- You will be selling these services into Commercial Surveyors, Commercial Investors (such as Standard Life, Scottish Widows etc) Property Development Companies, Retailers, Banks, Hedge Funds etc
- 40% New Business, 60% Account Management role
- You will be managing a portfolio of clients from day 1 worth £400,000
- You will be expected to self generate new business yourself but will also be handed numerous leads, sales enquires use an existing database and be passed information from their Scottish Marketers etc
- £4,000- £30,000 order values with 6-8 weeks sales cycles
- Selling at Owner, Board and Director level.

- Candidates must have at least 3 years business to business field sales experience
- Must have the ability to hunt new business as well as develop existing accounts
- Must be credible and dependable
- Must have excellent commercial acumen

- Candidates with Commercial Property experience the ultimate ideal
