This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Hollyfield Personnel who are operating as an employment business.

Our well established client based in Burton, is currently looking to recruit for a Tele Account Manager, on an ongoing temporary basis. The successful candidate will be working as part of a talented team of sales professionals, in their fast paced, targeted contact centre.

Duties will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing customers in a geographical area
  • Building and developing successful and profitable customer relationships
  • Delivering an exceptional service to customers
  • Liaising with customers regarding new products and fulfilling their orders
  • Identifying any additional sales opportunities in order to maximise the income stream
  • Handling customer enquiries and working closely with field based teams
  • Understanding account spends and providing accurate forecasting
  • Analysing customer accounts and recognising trends
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following skills:

  • Professional and articulate communication skills
  • A confident account manager with natural sales ability
  • A consistent achiever
  • Excellent levels of verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Competent user of IT systems including Word and Excel

Hours of work are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm including Bank Holidays.
