This is a fantastic opportunity for highly motivated and customer focused Account Executive to join a leading Logistics company covering the North Yorkshire and Humberside area. This is an ideal opening for the successful candidate to develop their career within a dynamic function where extensive training will be provided to support you.
Role: Account Executive
Location: North Yorkshire and Humberside.
Salary: £26-28k basic salary with uncapped commission and company car.
As an Account Executive, your role will be a combination of retaining existing accounts and developing new business opportunities within an area covering York and Hull. Furthermore your role will include:
*Sourcing and targeting the appropriate number of potential customers to generate new business revenue
*Developing knowledge of the business focus to sell core products within an extensive portfolio
*Organizing the working day by territory planning; responsible for making own appointments
*Co-ordinate the activities of other functions to meet customer needs and enhance customer satisfaction
*Responsible for ensuring that appropriate trading/volume levels are achieved
The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent level qualification and be able to demonstrate experience in a similar field sales position, preferably within the logistics industry. You a natural self-starter who is used to working under your own initative and consistently working to targets. You will be able to identify areas of concern for our client's customers and capable of make recommendations and proposals whilst overcoming resistance. Candidates are required to be highly computer literate with excellent communication and presentation skills.
