As part of our continued expansion we have a role within our Sales team for a Sales Executive. The successful candidate will report to the National Account Manager and support the sales function with new and ongoing projects, associated to the activities appropriate to National Accounts, Demonstrator and Field Sales activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Day to day account activity.
- Documentation, origination and co-ordination of sales and marketing data.
- Liaise closely with Electrical Multiple retailers and National Field Sales Manager to co-ordinate demonstrator placing and activity.
- Support function for Vax Ireland operation, liaising closely with remote General Manager and National Account Manager.
- Processing product samples of in-warehouse products and maintaining sample log.
- Liaising with NPD regarding any products not in-warehouse
- Co-ordination of range reviews to include liaison with specific account manager, NPD and outside suppliers i.e. conferencing suppliers and transport providers.
- Problem solving at customer interface with major accounts.
- Presentation support - including key account materials and analysis, manipulation and graphic representation of market data
- Assisting in organisation and preparation for exhibitions, trade shows and displays for major accounts.
- Maintenance of customer database and customer files.
- Keeping up-to-date with marketplace activity and category pricing via store visits, price checks and Internet research, recording information and informing account managers.
- Liaise with customers to provide images, logos and miscellaneous information.
- Sales team support and ad hoc activities for major accounts.
