Salary: £16,000 - £18,000

Brief Summary

Our client is looking for professional Account Executives responsible for building and maintaining relationships with IFA's and clients. Here lies a challenging and exciting opportunity with one of the UK's largest Financial Services organisations within their Operations Department.

Working within a small team, you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of pension administration tasks. You will become a point of contact for your own portfolio of IFA's and clients, whilst managing and priortising your work loads to produce work to the highest of standards.

Key Responsibilities include:   
   
The processing of New Business Applications
To process Contributions and transfer payments
Establishing and maintaining Investment Manager Accounts
Income withdrawal calculations
Death, annuity and exits
Dealing with written, telephone and general enquiries
Updating and maintaining IFA and Client details
To provide exceptional customer service
Working within the defined company policies and procedures

Experience required:

Pensions and/or Investments knowledge
Good analytical and problem solving skills
A team player with the ability to work independently using your own initiative
First class Customer Service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Clear attention to detail with Good numerical skills
Excellent time management and the ability to work to deadlines
