Account Executive Sales Manager, Barnet, £28,000 - £35,000 OTE £50,000

Purpose of role: To manage a team of Account Executives (AEs) from all markets. The Manager is directly responsible for working with the AEs in their designated markets to service all existing business relationships, secure the renewal of all existing subscriptions, and to sell upgrades and additional products to existing and new customers.
Looking for someone with:
- Sales and management experience.
- A strong understanding of the Publishing and Database provision.
- Several years’ sales experience.
- Market specific experience.
- The ability to lead and plan the activity of the AEs.
- Excellent communication skills, including telephone manner, listening skills and customer focus.
- Ability to learn and constantly update knowledge.
- Good IT and keyboard skills.
- Good time management with the ability to prioritise workload at all times.
- Demonstrate an eye for detail and accuracy of work.
- Ability to perform to expected standard under pressure and to meet deadlines and to work to Service Level Agreements
- Coach and develop others on the team
- Communicate with other staff in a professional manner
