Account Executive - Financial Services

Our client, an expanding insurance broker in the town centre of Ipswich, is looking for an Account Executive to deal with general commercial insurance business.

You will be required to act as a Development Executive dealing with new business, duties will include:

* Devloping and managing relationships
* Collating underwriting information
* Negotiation with insurers
* Report writing and presentations
* Assisting in the transition from new Business Team to Account Handling
* Credit control
* FSA compliance

With a minimum of 9 years commercial insurance experience and either CII qualified or willing to study, the ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent communication, relationship building, presentation and negotation skills
* Ability to work on your own and within a team
* Organised with a positive outlook.
* Strong administrative skills
* Good IT Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Experience working in a new business environment
