Customer Service Advisors Temp to Perm required for Edinburgh South Gyle
If you have previous customer service, pensions, finanical services or call centre we would like to hear from you today.
This will be a temp on going, there is also a requirement of NO holidays in the first 6 weeks as this is when training will take place.
Job Description
- To maintain strong communication to high value customers
- To comfortably discuss topics surrounding financial services
- To handle high volume phone calls
- Training will consist of being trained on several systems
- Ability to use the internal systems effectively
- Strong data entry skills and knowledge of computer usage
- Experience in delivering excellent telephony service
- To be familiar with the contracted performance targets and quality standards and to make every effort to achieve these.
- To provide frontline excellent customer service to all clients, members and third parties.
- To complete all tasks using best practice.
Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills and Analytical skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- To complete work to a high standard in relation to both quality and productivity
