3rd Line Wintel Support  Engineer    - Nottingham to £35k + £3.5k bonus

This Wintel  support role sits in the 3rd line managed services team and will involve very occasional on site visits during project work as well as the chance to attain full and varied accreditations; MCITP, CCA, CCAA, VCP etc... .  With an all round windows Server 2003/2008 R2, Exchange 2007/2010 you will support a existing client infrastructure including Microsoft Windows server & applications, VMWare and additional tools like Win7, HP SAN/Blades Cisco Citrix and much more!

You will be given the opportunity to resolve technical escalations on multi site server/network infrastructure and work within structured ITIL frameworks. Employing c1000 in the group this organisation offer a superb career, as such they are seeking good communication  skills, relationship building and customer skills and variety of Wintel technical experience across most of the above in  incident management, resolution and route cause analysis within ITIL frameworks. Salary to £35,000 + £3.500 bonus based Nottingham.
