Technical Support Consultant / Installation Engineer - (Server / Network / Infrastructure) - London
My client has undergone continuous growth since its inception due to customer referrals, outlining a focus on excellent customer service skills and professionalism. They have an opportunity for an experienced Windows Administrator / 3rd Line Support Engineer with solid experience in server support, builds & implementations.
To be suitable for this role, candidates will have worked as a Server/Network Engineer supporting high-end clients. The company provides complete technology solutions for clients from initial consulatncy to implementations and ongoing support. This role will require you to make client visits but you will also provide remote desktop & application support in a Windows / Microsoft office environment. You MUST have knowledge and experience of server and network support including Windows Server (2003,2008), Exchange Server (2000/2003/2007), Terminal Server 2000 / 2003 & IIS Administration; as well as a good understanding of networking to include TCP/IP, LAN/WAN and VPN. Although not essential it would be preferable to have experience with SBS (Small business server).
