Overview
You will be responsible for providing 3rd/4th line support as well as advising customers on the use and configuration of our our clients management software product. This role will involve managing our internal and hosted network environment, whilst planning and rolling out a disaster recovery plan.

Essential Experience
You must have a computer science degree.

Experience of providing configuration and consultancy services for a software product.

Extensive experience of software which runs Microsoft Windows, SQL, IIS and ASP.net.

In order to travel to our clients office and visit customer sites, it is essential that you have a car and a clean driving licence.

Desired Experience
Project management of software/hardware implementations, and requirements gathering.

Personal Characteristics
You should be self-motivated and prepared to work independently, as required.

You will be able to liaise with client representatives at all levels.

Prepared to meet project timescales and help ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
