2nd Line Support Specialist is required for this exciting new role! Working with the IT Manager the 2nd Line Support Specialist will be supporting the in-house user base on their systems, network, hardware and application issues. This will be supporting the business throughout the entire site so the 2nd Line Support Specialist will be expected to be pro-active in providing a 1st class IT service to the business. In addition to the ongoing support you will also get a chance to work on IT projects including migrations, upgrades and technical architecture.
