Our business provides cutting edge cloud computing solutions to enterprise customers. Candidates should be presentable, confident individuals. They should speak fluent English, ideally as a first language, strongly accented or difficult to understand candidates will be rejected. Primary base is the Cheam office, however travel to data centres and customers sites (primarily in SE England, London) may be a requirement. Working hours are based upon a rotating shift pattern between 8am and midnight, Monday to Friday with one late shift every 5 weeks. 28 days holiday (includes bank holidays). Bank holiday overtime will be available.
The team member will be a support desk analyst, expected to deal with a range of end user issues and enquiries, key technology experience in the following areas is required:
- At least1 years’ experience working on a support desk or within a support team is a must
- Windows Desktop troubleshooting (XP, Vista, 7)
- Office Applications (97, XP, 2003, 2007, 2010)
- PC networking and connection to the corporate LAN
- Internet access troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting Server operating systems would be an advantage (Windows Server 2003/2008)
- Troubleshooting Windows Server Applications would be an advantage (Exchange 2003/2007/2010, Terminal Services/Citrix, SharePoint)
- Any experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Experience of using a full support desk ticketing system
