2ND LINE IT SUPPORT ANALYST

The main responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst are:

-          Support the IT Support Supervisor in a highly customer focused environment, providing the highest level of technical service delivery to the business;

-          Work with both local and global resources to ensure the smooth running and operation of local servers, workstations, printers, telephony, network and specialist IT equipment;

-          Provide the technical skills required to support local and global applications and services, including the planning/testing of disaster recovery procedures.

-          Work closely with the various teams, dealing with logged incidents;

-          Contribute to local and/or global technical infrastructure projects, complying with global IT procedures and standards at all times.

-          Comply with processes established to maintain asset registers/lists.

Applicants will have previous experience working within IT services or a supporting environment. Must have previous experience of Active Directory, Servers, Networking, VM Ware, Firewalls and Telephony. They must have a flexible attitude, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be able to work well within a team as well as on their own initiative.
