2nd/3rd line Deskside Support Analyst and needs W2k/XP/Vista, MSOffice /2k7, TCP/IP essentials, Dell/IBM(Lenovo) hardware experience with Citrix and Remedy as preferable.
Support will be required for support for all other operating systems/applications/hardware as required to ensure the smooth running of the business and providing a high level of customer service.
Assist in Administration of the local/site network to ensure users can access their data, providing Basic server/network/PC/Printer support. Complete Software installs, scripting, SMS software management, and Imaged installs Provide Standard PC Application Support Functional Responsibilities To Respond to calls logged by helpdesk to second line. To follow all IT processes and follow the Site Coordinators lead.
