1st line technical support analyst. A 1st line technical support analyst is required with a technical background and a high first time fix rate.
This is a key role in which you will be responsible for the delivery of ICT Solutions within ICT Services.
You will work work with the technical team to deliver infrastructure solutions and services across a wide range of business areas supporting a diverse array of applications. Security and standards are key as is the drive to deliver economic, efficient and effective solutions for our customers. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to learn, design, plan and implement new technologies.
You will need excellent communication skills and proven experience of creating and maintaining customer relationships.
You will ideally be educated to degree level, though other relevant qualifications plus experience would be acceptable. You will be able to demonstrate how you have made use of technical skills and resources to deliver ICT solutions and services.
To succeed in this role you must have an excellent technical understanding of modern IT environments and be able to translate business requirements into effective and robust technical solutions in order to deliver continuous improvement building on existing successful platforms. Your ability to interpret and articulate business IT requirements should be matched by a sound technical knowledge base of IT and its applications.
