1st Line Support Engineer

Our client is a growing I.T Suport and Services company.

Increased growth has led to the opening of a new role for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join thier operation based near Sunbury.

 
You should be a skilled Support Engineer able to look after a wide range of different projects You will provide support to businesses around the area using remote support tools and client logging systems - You should be a car driver/owner - Knowledge of network infrastructure, Email solutions, WEB Email Security and Disaster Recovery. Knowledge of networking, and Microsoft products are essential, knowledge of Citrix and VMware would be advantageous.
Experience in supporting windows server, exchange server and citrix would be beneficial.
Microsoft/Cisco qualifications beneficial:
Candidate criteria - Any of the following would be very beneficial.

* MCP
* MCSA
* VMWare
* Windows AD
* Windows Server
