To proactively resolve IT problems for UK staff or escalate to either immediate Leader or HQ IT helpdesk.
To ensure company procedures are followed for all IT systems and issue resolution.
To administer the daily backup routines for all UK systems.
To distribute new versions of software as instructed by either the company’s IT consultant or the IT Director.
To occasionally visit showrooms/offices to resolve IT issues and develop IT services.
Experience of working in an IT support role with Vista Windows 7, Windows XP, Office applications, TCP/IP, DNSWAN, VMWare, Fire Walls, Active Directory and Windows 2003 server is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude are essential.
Lotus Notes experience is essential.
