Our Client is looking to recruit a 1st Line Support Advisor to join their exceptional team.
This is a busy and demanding role and you will also be responsible for all IT Administration including; monitoring incoming calls and emails.
Ideal candidates will possess good working knowledge of IT and have a proven track record of using Accounting Software packages. The majority of the role will be monitoring equipment and systems, responding to system alerts and reports when major incidents occur, so some knowledge of these areas will be required. Superb customer service skills and the ability to manage different deadlines is essential.
You must be keen to learn new skills and have the proven ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
Salary: £14,000 - £18,000 DOE
