Our client is an international leader in their field and has an outstanding portfolio of goods.
We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join their team to lead the development and implementation of the companies contact system and loyalty scheme. You will devise and develop a segmentation strategy and from this design customer trends and contact strategies aimed at acquisition, growth and retention. We are looking for someone with a Retail Loyalty background who can drive the customer journey, working with data manager to analyse campaign ROI, steering the business to deliver customer expectations.
The successful candidate must have:
-Customer/market segmentation experience
-Strong project management skills
-Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills
-Good technical knowledge of consumer data and analytics.
-Online marketing, ecommerce, SEO and PPC skills
