Peoplepeople is a promotional staffing agency supplying field staff for a vast range of marketing campaigns. We are part of the RPM Group, the largest Experiential Marketing Agency in the UK.

As Recruitment & Training Manager you will be responsible for the recruitment & allocation of staff to specific projects, ensuring field staff have appropriate training & induction. You will be required to design & deliver campaign specific training

Duties

Technical
Manage recruitment portal of staff database, ensure new field staff are recruited & processed in line with company policy
Ensure all necessary legal paperwork is completed
Maintain accurate employee records

Booking & Resource Management
Carry out staff bookings on all allocated projects - booking staff on campaigns to tight deadline & matching to specific staff profiles
Preview current resource levels in all geographic areas & action recruitment strategy
Organise resources to provide the best service
 

Commercial and financial focus
Seek to achieve continuous improvements in company’s ability to recruit the best quality staff
Oversee & manage field staff training
Work with Account Teams & clients to provide effective campaign training for all field staff, presenting at training sessions
Write & maintain department recruitment & training policies in conjunction with Head of Staffing, delivering consistently against these procedures
Develop recruitment models for regular field roles to facilitate efficiency of recruitment

Organising and delivering work
Organise & plan for all eventualities & have both short & long term project planning procedures in place
Ensure all field staff are aware of company policies, expectations & procedures
Develop & implement Induction Training Handbook
Liaise with Resource Manager on a weekly basis to understand recruitment needs
Arrange & manage recruitment advertising, recruitment days & interviews, interviewing staff face-to-face via applicable recruitment method
Produce evaluations of all training days, implementing any learnings in future training sessions

The following skills are essential:
- IT proficient in databases
- Recruitment experience & confident with various interview methods including assessment centre recruitment
- Experience of training methods & confident helping to design training
- Good presentation skills

- Interest in Marketing

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Friendly positive and confident approach with staff, clients and account teams
- Energetic and self motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
