Ideally from a contact-centre background, you will be used to dealing with high volumes of customers on a daily basis. Your confident and professional communication skills with which you build solid working relationships are of paramount importance; as are the abilities to multi-task and prioritise your busy workload. Being proactive and taking the initiative should come as second-nature to you.
