Credit Controller

Key Responsibilities:-

Main role is to chase all company debts from the age debt report by telephone and letter, making a minimum of 50 calls per day

To check the bank statements daily and keep the cashbook up to date

Allocation of all payments onto the sales ledger

Investigation of invoices and payment disputes

Produce debt reports for regular Management meetings

Helping to minimise bad debts by taking appropriate escalation and communicating reasons for overdue amounts

Maintaining accurate records

Reconcilation of Cash Sales on a daily basis for our 3 branches

Credit checking using Credit Safe and opening of all new Accounts

Any adhoc duties that are required
