My Client, a very successful Independant Insurance Broker based just outside Taunton is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Account Executive/New Business Developer for a permanent career opportunity. The role is exclusively with Reed.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a very personable/employee friendly business at a time of success and growth.

The role:

Proactively making contact with business’s in the south west, SME and large Corporate.
Selling Insurance products, upselling and crossing
Serviceing current book
Meeting clients, presenting to them when neccessary
At times working with the MD to discuss strategy re moving commercial business forward

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 - 5 years recent Insurance experience as an Account Executive/New Business Developer.
Will be a proactive, dynamic, enthusiastic, personable and focused individual.

This business is looking to invest in the right person for the long term and as such is prepared to offer a competitive salary and excellent bonus structure. Also the opportunity to become a Director and shareholder in the future.

As various targets are hit salary should very quickly rise plus quarterly bonus on top. One of the most competitive bonus structures in the market at the moment and therefore the potential to earn more money that at most other businesses of the same nature.
