Our client is a globally renowned engineering business with a need for an Employee Relations Manager to support the business in union negotiations and to drive an effective employee engagement program.
You will be a commercial and pragmatic HR professional with a proven background within an Automotive, Manufacturing or Engineering organisation. You will have experience of negotiating with recognised trade unions and staff committees.
