Initial Rewards requires a top-notch Web Front-end Developer who has gained solid experience producing websites using HTML, CSS, DHTML and Flash technologies. The successful candidate will be able to take a PSD and turn it into a functioning website, provide direction and guidance to designers, understand usability and accessibility requirements as well as providing valuable input in creative discussions.

Our company is experiencing extended growth and have just secured contracts with several major clients. There is plenty of work for an enthusiastic and talented developer. The working atmosphere is friendly yet professional. Excellence is expected of the whole team.

The position is key in the technology department, you will be regarded as the resident expert on front-end development. You will also learn a great deal from the business and development teams and be crucial to the success of the companies product portfolio.

Your application must demonstrate experience in commercial website development, have excellent communication skills and be able to provide references. We are only looking for candidates with experience in dynamic content sites/applications (e-commerce and/or content management). Please review the following requisite points before applying:

Essential Skills
? HTML, CSS
? W3C Standards
? Photoshop
? Template driven sites (Template Lite, Smarty)

Desirable Skills
? Flash
? Javascript - Ajax
? PHP (Ability to read and understand basic structures)

? Agile development methodologies

Other Skills
? Desktop support (basic windows OS)
