This is a key role based within local government, to help develop and maintain a comprehensive integrated performance management framework covering the functions of both Social Care and Primary Care Trust (PCT). The framework must be sufficiently robust to act as an effective tool for maximising service performance and the quality of outcomes for service users.
You should have at least 2 years working at a strategic level within a large and complex organisation in a role where performance improvement is a key objective, and performance management experience with large/complex organisations.
This role will need to form a wide range of networks within the health, local authority and statutory sectors and you will be responsible for maintaining and improving upon an integrated performance management framework across health and social care. Helping link two organisations through a common performance management framework that provides timely and accurate performance information that can be used to provide better service outcomes for local residents.
