Domestic Supervisor

Organisation Description

My Client a Public Sector organisation based in Southend are looking for 6 Domestic Managers for various shifts across their site.  The role is a very comprehensive and challenging position that will encompass the day to day management and budgetary controls that come with managing staff and overseeing the running of the department.

Job Description

The position is varied and allows you scope to run the department as you see fit within the structured environment and budgets that you are set. 

* Operational management on a day to day basis of service level agreements
* Manage the front line domestic Staff
* Undertake Audit programmes
* Ensure delivery against the SLA’s
* Provide accurate store orders and time-sheets
* Participate in 7 day rota
* To ensure all procedures are complied with
* Ensuring health & safety regulations followed through
* Liaise with fellow Managers
* To meet all budgetary requirements
* Training of front line staff
* Management of team leaders





Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have worked within a large organisation and have lead and developed large teams within a domestic environment. You will have needed to have controls of budgetary and financial responsibilities in a previous role and be capable of introducing and managing change, training, health & safety procedures and safety checks of equipment used on site.  You will also need to be proficient in Excel, report writing and administration
