We require an experienced, qualified social worker to join this very enthusiastic and busy Hospital Team.

? Drivers Licence essential (as is business insurance)
? Experience of Mental Health and Older Persons Teams
? Experience of Hospital Discharge

In addition:
? You must be a Qualified Social Worker (DipSw,CQSW,CSS)
? Hold a valid enhanced CRB
? GSCC registered
