Job Description

    This is an opportunity to join a leading insurance law firm with six offices nationwide. 
In addition to its personal injury expertise, the firm offers legal advice on many areas including clinical negligence, occupational disease, professional indemnity, construction and property insurance and recovery.
This is a full time role for an junior costs draftsman to continue their training in all areas of insurance litigation with the support of the Head of Costs.
Primary responsibilities include drafting bills and recovering costs, drafting points of dispute and replies and negotiating costs.
This is an expanding department providing a career opportunity


Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have some Insurance litigation experience including personal injury and disease.
You will be assertive and able to take responsibility for others. Analyse and evaluate information logically.
