First Response Team ? Administrator

The First Response Team administrators are the first point of contact with new clients. They vet claims and deal with allocation of new referrals to personal injury team coordinators/team members. The role involves initiating correspondence and documentation, arranging medical appointments, and ensuring that claims are actioned in accordance with the appropriate workflows and systems. The role also involves opening, maintenance and closure of files.

Candidates will:-
Have an excellent telephone manner
Be personable and enjoy speaking with people
Have a background in customer service
Be articulate
Work well under pressure
Will be IT literate
Ideally have legal experience and law degree
