Reporting into the General Manager, the main focus of the position is to oversee the effective day to day management of the Light Good Vehicle operation. Main duties will include operating the fleet in a safe and legal condition while maintaining daily contact with vehicle service providers. You will have to maintain the standards of the company operators license including drivers hours, working time directive and vehicle maintenance. You will have to optimise cost effective use of assets and resources. You will liaise with internal customers and ensure H&S compliance of the LGV fleet. You must hold a Certificate of Professional Competence to apply for this position. A proven track record in Transport Management is also a prerequisite.
