Leading Healthcare consultancy requires Lean Consultants !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are currently seeking excellent candidates who have led large Lean Six Sigma or business transformation projects - understanding the link between cultural change, training/tools and hands-on performance improvement.With strong leadership capabilities and the ability to individually drive improvements while also supporting and coaching the greater team in delivery excellence
Very strong client engagement at all levels in the hospital; from department teams to CEO. Specifically strong executive presence;Facilitating customer teams to improve clinical and operational efficiencies and processes in hospitals.Drive Organisational Development through leadership courses and real life improvement projects - understanding of the HR and Performance Management implications.Lean, Six Sigma, Change Acceleration Process (CAP) &/or Work Out.Strong Programme Management and Transformation skills
Experience of service improvement and/or consulting in continuous improvement in the NHS or adjacent healthcare organisations.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified - not an absolute requirement - but a very strong differentiator.
High degree of mobility and flexibility.
Proven track record of implementation of successful change and improvement in healthcare organisations, plus evidence of quantified and sustained impact.
Clinical experience (i.e. a Doctor, nurse or similar would be a massive plus point)
Bachelor's degree required.Experience in healthcare, history of transforming culture and performance.Strong interpersonal skills, proven ability to facilitate change.High levels of energy and commitment, passion for healthcare.Computer skills in Excel and Powerpoint.
Hands on Lean experience.Kaizen experience.6 Sigma experience a plus, preferably Black Belt certified.Programme Management experience.
