General Manager - Chilango Mexican Kitchen

Chilango Fresh Mexican Kitchen is a young and fast-growing company with big ambitions and the opportunities to match.
We are dedicated to the pursuit of bringing a fresh and exciting alternative in FAST FOOD to the UK, and are looking for people who are lively and eager, with a passion for good food and who can help us realise our goals.

We have a number of vacancies for General Managers to join our management team in order to plan, direct, co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the businesses, in keeping with a strategic business plan and model.

As a General Manager you will be responsible for, and be measured by delivering the full Chilango concept and experience, so as to achieve the main objectives in four main areas:

Customer satisfaction
Operational excellence
Financial Performance
Human Resources

Successful candidates should possess, extensive previous food and hospitality industry management experience, a proven track record with achieving sales targets and measuring success, sound business acumen and the ability to motivate and inspire those that they work alongside and lead.

Salaries circa 25K to 35K, depending on experience.
