Job Purpose
This role will be managing a team of Sales Agents providing lead generation for our clients. This Team Manager will be a go-getter and prepared to lead by example. Your focus will be on training and coaching a team to perform and sell to the highest standards. You will be able to motivate and mentor your team and achieve targets set.
Key Responsibilities:
• In conjunction with the Operations Manager, lead, manage and support a team of Sales Agents, to include monitoring performance, coaching and the identification of development needs.
• Train and motivate a team to achieve outbound targets
• Responsible for a team circa 15 FTE
• Responsible for driving the team to meet and exceed targets based on client expectations, ensuring that calls are compliant and of excellent quality.
• Managing queries on campaigns
• Inspire the team with energy and motivation to succeed targets and provide regular coaching on an individual and team basis working towards achieving targets

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated in the ability to consult and influence successfully at every level throughout the business and with clients and scheme members.

• Previous management of team of outbound agents
• Strong management skills
• Good communication skills
• Coaching and mentoring skills to successfully sell over the phone
• Managing different outbound campaigns
