Hours: 34.5 per week (full time), Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm

SUMMARY OF ROLE

Assist with the development and delivery of face to face and online courses in the area of sustainability. Assist with progressing corporate training projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

Undertake client visits with the Sustainability Manager, as requested, to identify training needs of potential and existing clients. Assist in producing training project briefs.

Undertake research for client specific courses and also for generic course material.

Develop and produce courses and material: agree level of course, draft syllabus, develop and write course material, work with internal departments during development stage (IMD).

Arrange training and events and undertake associated administration duties, including evaluation.

Maintain course material. Keep abreast of developments in the market to inform course material updates and potential new courses.

Our Requirements: Essential

Undergraduate degree in relevant field such as education, environment, property
We are interested in any of the following backgrounds: Chartered Environmentalist, IEMA, RTPI, sustainability / climate change, property investment, construction, planning, education

Undertaken research and produced reports

Commercial awareness

English language skills (for writing materials)

Enthusiasm for the product

Research skills

Report writing skills

Organised and methodical approach

Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team

Commitment to sustainability and Continuing Professional Development

Our Requirements: Desirable

Postgraduate qualification including dissertation in relevant field

Professional membership in relevant field

Worked in relevant field such as education, corporate training or property investment

International experience

Experience in a similar role

Experience within the same or similar sector
