My client is a large housing association in Hampshire and is looking for someone who has had experience of customer involvement in design and delivering of customer service, coordination of events and facilitating and supporting group process.

Your role will be to work with residents and staff to ensure resident involvement and consultation is an integral part of the business, to make sure services are delivered to exceptional standards.

Key Tasks:

Develop and promote involvement from the residents to get involved

Organise and host events and activities

Establish and maintain working relationships with the board, committees and stakeholder

Support and provide training for residents

Manage complaints and correspondence connected with resident involvement.

Whilst a qualification in housing is desirable it is not essential.

This is an exciting and rewarding role for someone who can communicate effectively and confidently with all levels of employees and all types of external customers and agencies, is sensitive when dealing with people from different culture and backgrounds and works effectively, whether in a team or on their own. Your own car and driving licence is essential (except where disability prevents this).
