Job Description

** This is a part time, job share opportunity **As a member of our Housing Management Team, you will find creative and sustainable solutions to improve the quality of the environment of our neighbourhoods and lead on resident involvement, managing our Resident Involvement Co-ordinator and team of caretakers.

With a good knowledge of Housing Law and relevant work experience in Social Housing management or experience of managing contracts, SLAs and tendering, you are likely to hold CioH corporate membership or have the ability to achieve that level.

Person Specification

You will be an excellent communicator and negotiator with strong time management and project management skills, good leadership/motivational ability and the flexibility and ability to work under pressure on your own initiative.
A strong commitment to excellent service provision and resident empowerment is important, as a positive attitude to equality and diversity issues.
A current full driving licence and use of a car will be necessary and the flexibility to attend occasional evening meetings is required.
