Our experience shows that to be successful as a Recruitment Consultant you’ll have the ability to effectively sell and market both yourself and our products. If you are an experienced Recruitment Consultant or have worked in the recruitment industry you could have a head start, although applicants with proven sales skills or those who are results driven and posses excellent communication skills are also successful in our business.

You will need to demonstrate the ability to identify, source and place candidates with demanding and exacting clients, have ability to develop your client base , whether it be from both our existing customers or by a range of business development activities. You will be target driven, tenacious, organised and be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent customer service. You’ll certainly be happy making and closing sales calls, working to demanding targets and have a desire to make a difference for both your clients and candidates.
