This is a fantastic opportunity to join Proctor Consulting UK Ltd, as part of their new, expanding Lease-Desk Support team, in the position of Lease-Desk Administrator. Located in a brand new office in Nottingham’s Sherwood Business Park, this position is a junior role with scope to develop into a more senior administration role in time.
About Us: Proctor Consulting UK Ltd offer advice and support to clients on their existing and prospect customer leasing agreements, helping them to increase Repeat Business Opportunities and increase customer retention.
The Role: As Lease-Desk Administrator you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining all client records onto the newly created Lease-Desk software platform, and performing general ad hoc administrative duties to support to the Lease-Desk Product Manager as required.
Other duties will include:
• Ensuring the database is updated and correct at all times.
• Answering general queries by telephone.
• Writing and dispatching letters and emails.
• Logging client support issues.
Personal Specification:
• Educated to GCSE/A Level
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Previous administrative and data entry experience essential
• Data Processing & General administration skills with a high level of accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail.
• Strong IT Skills (Intermediate level of Microsoft Tools or similar)
• Excellent Organisational Skills
• Team Player
• Versatile, quick learner & enthusiastic to support new processes
